Shared Light | Wooden Ornament & Magnet
Light crosses the water, finding us here.
Shared Light carries an original South Louisiana photograph across the front of a natural wood oval. The photograph remains untouched; crop, reflection, and repetition reveal its hidden symmetry, while fine open boundaries let the wood show through like offset windowpanes.
On the reverse, a simplified wood-burn-effect woodland and its reflection gather around the magnet as a small held moon, beneath the words “light crosses the water finding us here.” A red ribbon allows it to hang as an ornament, while the magnet on the back lets it live beyond the season on a refrigerator or another magnetic surface.
Because each piece is made from natural wood, its grain and coloring will vary slightly, making every one its own.
AI helps build the frame—not the photograph.
