Held Blessing | 11 oz Mug

Even the clouds are holding light.
Held Blessing began with an original photograph of evening clouds glowing above the trees. Through reflection, great cloud birds appear to carry tiny figures of light from wingtip to wingtip—a quiet procession of gratitude continuing beyond the visible field. Nothing new was added. We simply looked closer.
The unmarked artwork wraps from handle to handle around an 11 oz white ceramic mug, allowing the photograph’s own golden light to remain its signature.
Designed at Little Iris Hollow, where every place has more than one face.
